澳门大学法学硕士（英文），本科毕业于中南财经政法大学法学院，并拥有中南财经政法大学管理学（会计）学士学位（第二学位）。法学理论功底扎实，兼融会计学、金融学专业特长，英语书写及口语技能熟练，曾著英文法学论文逾50000词，案例实践中善于举一反三。

I am a full-time lawyer of PLATO, the law firm. I graduated from the University of Macau and got Master Degree of International Law in English Language. I used to be an undergraduate student in Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, which is one of the most famous law schools in mainland China. My major is Law, and I have a dual bachelor degree of Accounting.

I passed the National Judicial Examination in 2011 and then got the legal professional qualification certificate in 2012.

In master period, I researched the issues of International Economics Law and Private International Law, especially International Trade law and International Banking Law.

I mainly deal with civil dispute cases such as contract disputes, divorce disputes, labor disputes, etc. Also, I am familiar with corporation law, and have practical experiences on cases of enterprise/foreign enterprise establishment, mergers and acquisition, and bankruptcy. Drafting, examining and verifying foreign trade contracts are also my practice areas.
